Not knowing what kind of refrigeration we may have on our 60 days oversea vacation, we purchased all our supplements: vitamin c, b complex, gluthation, B12 in gel capsules.

Taking Core Med B complex because I have a rare and nasty diease called biotoxin illness. This creature eats brain cells. I am also 67 years old and probably have the beginning of Alzheimer's disease. My regular MD wanted to give me shots if B-12 right from the get go. I couldn't afford them. Started taking this stuff about 6 weeks ago and I'm not going to go back to school to be a brain surgeon but my mental capacities are being restored. I also believe in a living, loving powerful Savior who uses stuff like this priduct to heal.

I have been taking this supplement for just over a week now and I have noticed that I have a little more energy than I normally do. I have a couple different autoimmune disorders that make me feel tired and when I take my Liposomal multi w/active B-complex I feel less tired, a little more active, and I feel less stress. I hope for even more positive results the longer I take them.

I have been taking the Liposomal B-complex 2 capsules a day for about 8 days. I have noticed and increase in energy and clearer thinking. Unfortunately, I have experienced indigestion with them, I hope this subsides as time goes on!

I've been a supplement taker for about 25 years and have tried many multivitamins none of which gave me results of feeling better. Because of that, I've been using the best I could find individual supplements. After learning about the benefits of liposomal, I found the Core Med Science multivitamin. It truly replaces most of the key individual supplements that I've been taking and surprisingly I find that I feel great with a lot of extra energy. Maybe it's the B vitamins or a synergistic combination of everything but whatever the case it's a winner for me!

I was having problems on my keto diet with my hands and arms tingling and going to sleep all the time. The very first time I took them the tingling went away within a few hours. But they literally taste and smell like pee. The taste also comes back up for a few hours after taking them and makes your breath stink. So gross!

I've used other Core Med products but I'm troubled by whole body itching with this supplement. I'm only taking one tablet a day as instructed when starting this supplement and I'm feeling better. Unfortunately, the constant itching is distracting. Has anyone else experienced this side effect? Does anyone have a guess as to why I'm having this problem with this particular supplement?
