Great Vitamin C

Recently I got a cold and started taking this Vitamin C. I do not take a high dose of C regularly. Normally my colds are bad and last for several weeks. I believe this helped reduce my cold down to several days. Though this is rather anecdotally true, I do believe it had a part in my quicker recovery.
