I didn't notice an immediate difference with this product, but it appears to be one that builds up gradually over a little time. When I forget to take it for a few days, my energy slumps back down to previous levels. It helps me sleep better at night, and I wake up feeling refreshed and actually like a human being. I love it!

I like that it's liposomal. I have been trying to correct mild vitamin deficiency for some time and really need something that my body will hold on to. That being said I notice after taking my pee is yellow which tells me the b vitamins aren't really staying? And those are the ones I need most. I may reach out to the company on this. But the other thing is for those with mthfr use with caution. I am only heterozygous mthfr and this put on the edge like borderline rage and makes me anxious. That's with 2/3 pills. I may cut it down to 1 pill and see how I do with that. But will keep taking.

I received this Liposomal Active B-Complex a week ago. A doctor recommended this type of vitamins to address my lack of energy and my tendency to get tired quickly and to get sleepy. After seven days of three gells daily I feel a real, significant difference in my tonus and personal disposition. I have somehow a sense of clear mindedness and that it is simpler, more straightforward to understand my work plans and to complete them.

I was always skeptic that nutritionists and doctors achieve an in depth undestanding of the metabolism and cellular processes so that they objectively characterize the results and possible benefits of medicines and various supplements. I may balance this skepticism with the knowledge that some good, real progress was made in understanding cellular metabolism after so many years of research and incremental progress.

I am pleased so far that I tried this one and after the Core Med Science was notified that Amazon delivered the Complex they emailed me the extensive list of Vitamins and supplements that are part of this product. The list is very long and I don't know if a review has a limit on the text allowed. But here it is:

Background:

* Liposomal Technology ensures very high absorption of otherwise poorly absorbed B Vitamin, Minerals and Antioxidant ingredients. By surrounding the ingredients with phospholipids to form a microscopic sphere, the liposome resists stomach acid, bile and digestive enzymes degradation. You can think of liposomes as "vitamin-carrying cell". This product has given me my life back. I ran blood work and I was b2 deficient. For a few months I have lost all energy, it tanked. Which in turn made me moodier. Well since less than 2 weeks of just consuming one pill a day I am already buzzing around again w energy. Other things I noticed is that my skin is less dry and I'm sleeping better. And I hope I'm not speaking too soon but my mood has been a lot happier which is huge for me. Makes me wonder just how long I have needed a good b multi like this. If you have any reason to believe your sluggish existence and dry skin and moodiness is in any way tied to Bs then def give this a try! I'm so damn happy to have my life back!

I am taking advice from a review, letting it sit out before taking. I just received this product. Exp. Date 4/22. If I take and tolerate as directions indicate I will be done before expiration date. Please stop putting stickers over expiration date and shipping off. I have read good reviews and hoping my next review will be better. Right now, just down the middle.

I am sure the product is great.....
I just got it tonight, opened up the package, and it wasn't hard for me to notice that the label is a bit unusual.
doesn't look like the label as advertised is on that bottle.
In fact it doesn't look like a label you'd see anywhere, except maybe some specialty pharmacy that's mixing and selling their own vitamins!

When you look at the picture, can anyone tell me if this is normal for this particular vitamin company

It was recommended by a naturopathic that I address the general lack of vitamins and minerals in my vegetarian diet, chronic GI issues and yet very active life style. Additionally, there was a concern of a Zn deficiency and possible EBV infection. I purchased this product based on reviews and have almost completed 30 days of use at 3 capsules daily (AM). Thus far, the only negative seems to be the slight aftertaste of the capsules. I remedied this by taking the capsules after the first few bites of breakfast, waiting a few minutes, then finishing the meal. I now take the remainder of my medications after my meal. Overall, this seems to be a good product but my final review will be after a 3 month trial.

I have spent a lot of time researching the legitimacy of the Liposomal delivery method for vitamins and I am convinced that it is the real deal. Do the research - you will find it is very compatible to IV delivery (which basically means you will get between 80-90% absorption of the nutrients). The max absorption you get with the normal non-liposomal vitamin is 20%. This company has produced several liposomal products in a soft gel and I have used all of them. Excellent products! So, when they produced this B-complex Multi-Vitamin, I was excited to get started on it. I have now been taking it for three weeks and it is nothing less than awesome. I immediately felt a difference in energy that last all day. The B-complex combination is exactly what I needed and I am so greatful. I would highly recommend the use of this product as a replacement to anyone's current Multi.... you will feel a difference!

These might be the best vitamins I have ever taken... but they arrived completely melted and fused together, could not be separated and so are unusable. They just are not suitable for delivery in hot climates. Can't find them in a retail store so am forced to go back to a previous brand. Just to be fair no previous orders of this brand arrived damaged but its very hot here at the moment.

Core supplements are the best! I've been takig the glutathione for a year now and have felt the difference. I can only look forward to how the Vit C and B do, as well. I like they are lipolsomal (sp) for ease of really getting into your system without stomach acid killing the funcionalitiy prior to them doing what they're supposed to do. A lot on the pricy side, but I find they are worth it!

I look 40ish but as we move into those mid-50, our bodys needs MORE from our Vitamins FINALLY a company understands. At $38 dollars its the single most exspensive container but, if I buy all of the vitamins I need to equal this one products Id have to but 6 products even at 5-12 each its more exspensive than Id need to take a handful of pills and Id still not get a full daily allowance !! Superior Product.. been actively looking for 18 months, geeez guys do more marketing!! Lol.. but really Fanstatic Product by day 3 its was noticeable by day 4 I cleared out all my other products even though unused. The B's rock, and the amount are High enough, you remember K, no one does, and the minerals were the Right Ones finally some one did there homework!!
