Big improvement

My last vit B12 test was 117, despite taking a B vitamin regularly. Decided to try this thinking maybe I had the MTHFR mutation and needed something methylated. At first, it wasn't absorbing well at all, and I decreased from 3 to 2 to see if any improvement. Eventually added a glutamine supplement and got much better absorption. My B12 level after finishing one bottle @ 2 pills per day (plus the gluatmine supplement) is 443. I'll probably continue to order it and take 2 until I get up to a suitable level and then 1 to maintain.
Overall, really happy. It's improved the quality of my life quite a bit being able to get my levels back up to normal. The only thing I don't like about it is that it smells pretty bad.

I want to say that this vitamin is doing its job but I just started taking it, the thing I hate most is the smell. I have to syke myself up to take it at lunch, the smell and the burps from this vitamin are hard to take. BUt IM taking it, to give it a chance to do my body good. I havent decided if I will continue, once I run out.

I found this as a remedy for vit b12 deficiency. Definitely start off with only 1 pill, and in the morning...I made the mistake of taking this (2 pills) at bedtime, and it gave me SUCH a zing of energy, I was wired until nearly 2am. I'll continue taking only 1 for now in the AM and post an update. Optimistic!

I've purchased this B-Complex 3 times now, and for good reason. I actually sleep better and feel calmer and more focused during the day. I've never gotten anything but anxiety and insomnia from other B-Complex formulas. Some just do nothing at all. I have compromised guy health and high cortisol from long-term stress that I am moderating with lifestyle and diet change, along with this wonderful supplement. “I've been taking this Liposomal multivitamin because it's not only high absorption (Liposomal) but it also has the active Folate (5-MTHF) and B12. I tend to run anemic and I don't absorb these two as well as I should. I figured I might as well get all the rest of the B vitamins, minerals and antioxidants as well. I took the 3 softgels once a day with food according to the directions on the bottle. I have to say there's a definite increase in my energy level and focus. A sense of well being too. No side effects so far outside of really bright pee (which is normal and mentioned on the directions). “

Loved this product however I was short changed I had two different pills in the bottle. One clear yellow color possibly vit E??? Please confirm what I have and would like discount on next order. Was ordered on Amazon, IV for life store. Liposol B complex.

I already bought my second bottle.Great product. Makes me feel really good. I am only taking one pill each day at the moment to test the waters. So far so good. I will up to to the recommended dose gradually. I love this product!
Update: I am up to the full dosage (3) and I must say that these work great in increasing my energy levels and making me feel great.I think it is a great supplement, especially for those who are completely depleted in their B levels. I take them with a meal. Great product!

The vitamin has a certain smell and caused some bloating. Not sure if it worked, it didn't hurt which is good. The price is a bit steep. Will try to find a better offer.

These supplements may be a little costly, but they are well worth the price! They are great for anyone with the MTHFR gene mutation, that needs methylated b vitamins and folate. I use this for me and my daughters. One bottle only lasts a month though, so with three of us using it it goes by a lot quicker, and they are very expensive. Again, well worth every penny though!

These vitamins in my opinion are the only b complex vitamins that work if you have a true deficiency. I was battling with inflammation, food sensitivities, and bronchitis for months and these potent vitamins healed me after a 2- 3 month regimen. They are worth every damn penny!!! I have been through 2 bottles and have now been able to cut back because I am feeling more like myself. Don't wait buy them now!!!

This product is much more than simply a B-complex.
It is a multivitamin with minerals, anti-oxidants and phospholipids, in bioavailable forms.
I initially selected it because it contains the right form of folate and B-12 to offset my genetic inability to process other forms, but have grown to appreciate it even more because it contains much more and is free of common allergens and additives.

First off, I checked to see that the B12 is methylcobalamin, not the cheap kind. I understand that liposomes provide superior delivery, although I don't know whether this product uses high-phosphatidylcholine phospholipid mixes. Currently, since I take vit. D, vit. B12, and vit. K in other combinations, I take only one gel daily. I may increase to two daily later on. I am pleased to have come across this product and plan to continue buying it.

I was hesitant at first to order this product as not a big fan of supplements. But reading thru it's specifications, I was intrigued particularly on the innovative and enhanced absorption of the different ingredients thru the liposomal pathway. These are the first vitamins I have taken that actually delivered on their promise. I started feeling better the day I started taking the vitamins. I have a problem methylating B vitamins and folate. These have helped me a lot.
They are real strong so I suggest starting out by taking 1 pill to start out and then adding more as you go. Take them before 2pm otherwise you'll be up all night.

This product is amazing to say the least. I have purchased both the active b complex and the liposomal pc from this company on multiple occasions. They never cease to amaze! Being a future Chiropractor I understand the importance of supplementation in regards to optimal health. This is the only product I've found with a liposomal delivery mechanism that actually yields some benefit, rather than just swallowing and passing vitamins/minerals in urine as a waste of time and money. I searched high and low for a good multi that was created with the right form's per each vitamin and mineral and little to no fillers or additives. This is the best that I found so far and I am pleased.
I don't seem to have any problems with the gel caps and the price is fair considering the quality.
