B Vitamins

The B vitamins include: B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin and niacinimide), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cobalamin), folic acid, biotin, choline, inositol, PABA, (para aminobenzoic acid), and folic acid (folate).
