Osteo-K Minis provide 45 mg of MK4®, a natural form of vitamin K2 also known as menaquinone-4 and menatetrenone, plus calcium and vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol in support of bone and cardiovascular health.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, adults take 2 capsules twice daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Ingredients

- Vitamin D (D3 as cholecalciferol) 25 mcg (1000 IU)
- Vitamin K2 (as K2, MK4) 22,500 mcg
- Calcium (as calcium citrate) 200 mg
Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsules), rice flour, L-leucine.
This product contains NO wheat, gluten, soy, milk/dairy, sodium, artificial coloring, preservatives or flavoring. Hypoallergenic.
Warnings
Do not take this product if you are taking anticoagulant medication (3g, warfarin). Vitamin K interferes with warfarin.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplement.
Keep out of reach of children.
Additional Information

Improved DXA!

After chemo for breast cancer in 2016 my DXA showed significant bone density loss in both femoral neck of hip and lumbar spine. My ND recommended OsteoK Minis because of the wonderful clinical data. I began taking in 2017 - by my repeat DXA in 2018 the femoral neck had "improved bone mineral density" and "stable osteoporosis of the lumbar spine." I cannot say enough about this product! Chemo for bc is harshest on post menopausal women so I guess it was no surprise that even with a lifetime of good habits I still developed it. Thanks to Oseto K Minis my hip is now considered to have "osteopenia" - great thing since we all know how precarious a hip fracture can be as we age. I will be using this product for good! Thank you Dr. Neustadt!

The Osteoporosis minis are great, they have the k4, the calcium and vitamin D. I am reading a few books and notice the K4 is as important as the D and calcium for weak bones. I have been taking them for more than 4 months, I will update in a year. Although my Dr told its been proven to reverse weak bones. I trust her.

So far, so good! I have been looking for a product that contains MK-4 instead of MK-7 and this was the best one that I could find. I started taking it the day it arrived in the mail. I am only taking 1 in the morning and 1 with dinner, at least for now. I have had problems feeling sluggish with other calcium products and have not experienced that with Osteo-K Minis.

Bone density increased 23.7%!

I've been taking Osteo K minis since April 2020 - the bone density decreased in March 2021. I started rowing 30min/5000m per day November 2021 - my bone density increased by 23.7% in lumbar spine; remained the same in the hips. I'm very pleased, even if I'm not sure what part rowing played vs the Osteo-K Minis.

I'm currently taking my 7th month of the Osteo-K minis and plan to continue.
I have a doctor's appointment in July and will ask for a bone density test. Hopefully, my osteoporosis will be shown to be in reverse.
