Sleep Relief’s bi-phasic, time-release technology delivers NBI’s proprietary formula with a quick-release first stage and a slow-release second stage to help you gently fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake refreshed and ready for your day.
Sleep Relief’s biphasic tablets release nutrients in two phases. Phase I is a quick-release stage, delivering its nutrients within about 30-45 minutes. This phase’s nutrients naturally promote relaxation and help you gently fall asleep. Phase II is the sustained-release phase, delivering the rest of Sleep Relief’s nutrients over the next 4 hours. Nutrients in phase II naturally help you stay asleep.
Suggested Usage
Adults, take 1-2 tablets 30-45 minutes before bed as needed for sleep, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Sweet dreams.

Great product. I appreciate the adrenal food in the product, however, with exhausted adrenal glands, I could probably benefit more from the product during the day, as I am finding the adrenal component to be stimulating I slept well the first couple nights, but after that the stimulation factor is not going to work for me at night. Maybe add this to a multi vitamin for daytime use. I could probably take this product during the day to help with my anxiety.

It works! It is the only thing that I can substitute for prescription Sleep medication (Ambien) It is much gentler relaxed sleep. Awake fully rested, get back to sleep if I do wake.

Sleep Relief for My Son on the Spectrum

In the past I have tried many supplements for my autistic son. His system is very sensitive and have tried, straight melatonin, magnesium, GABA, and other sleep aids in the past. I usually have had to force my son at 16 to take something when he is unable to sleep as he has resistance due to grogginess, or other side effects from the past supplements we have tried. When my son actually came to me one night ASKING for the supplement, I knew we had found a winner. He is sleeping better and we use the supplement as needed to support those restless nights. It's hard enough being a parent of a teenager on the spectrum, but add the grumpiness of him not getting enough sleep can throw off our entire rhythms. This supplement has really helped our whole family! I highly recommend seeing if it is right for you!
