After chemo for breast cancer in 2016 my DXA showed significant bone density loss in both femoral neck of hip and lumbar spine. My ND recommended OsteoK Minis because of the wonderful clinical data. I began taking in 2017 - by my repeat DXA in 2018 the femoral neck had "improved bone mineral density" and "stable osteoporosis of the lumbar spine." I cannot say enough about this product! Chemo for bc is harshest on post menopausal women so I guess it was no surprise that even with a lifetime of good habits I still developed it. Thanks to Oseto K Minis my hip is now considered to have "osteopenia" - great thing since we all know how precarious a hip fracture can be as we age. I will be using this product for good! Thank you Dr. Neustadt!

Have been using this wonderful product since in it came on the market many years ago. I am in my mid 80's and have great bone structure and a few times that I have fallen, I have had no injuries!! Keep it coming!!

I've had osteoporosis for at least 5 years. The numbers for my spine have been worsening with each Dexa. Until my last one. After taking Osteo-K minis for only 5 months, my numbers Greatly improved on my recent Dexa. Great news. This is the only supplement my doctor wants me to take for Osteoporosis now!!!

I've been taking Osteo-K Minis for nine years to improve my bone health. My latest bone density Dexa scan (September 2021) shows a further improvement on the previous test scan (January 2019).

Hip
My 2019 femoral neck (hip) T-score was -1.1. In 2021 it was -0.8, a 27.3% improvement.

In 2019 my total hip T-score was -0.8. In 2021 it was -0.2, a 75% improvement.

Vertebral
In 2019 my L4 T-score was -3.1. In 2021 it was -2.6, a 16.1% improvement.

In 2019 my L3 T-score was -1.7. In 2021 it was the same (-1.7), so no change.

In 2019 my L2 T-score was -1.1. In 2021 it was -0.9, an 18.2% improvement.

Conclusion
I no longer have osteoporosis in my hip. In my spine I still have osteoporosis, but it has improved compared to my last bone density test.

Previously I was taking regular courses of Fosamax but in 2012 was ordered off that by my dentist. My doctor did not recommend another treatment. Only that I take calcium and vitamin D, but my bone density got worse. That's when I discovered the research into MK4 and Osteo-K Minis. Once I started taking Osteo-K Minis my bones started to improve. For the last nine years I've taken Osteo-K and also follow a healthy diet and exercise.

Overall my results are excellent! I couldn't be happier with how Osteo-K Minis has helped me. Anyone concerned about their bones should take Osteo-K Minis.

I really like the Osteo-K minis. I am using them to help strengthen my bones. This is a quality supplement with a blend of three important ingredients all working together to build new bone over time. I've read many studies online that confirm positive results using these ingredients. I already notice less pain and feel stronger after 2 months. I have been taking Osteo-K Minis since March 16th but only one with breakfast and one with dinner. On March 27th I added a third one daily and plan to eventually take 4 per day per the product recommendation. I am sleeping better and hope my bones will benefit.
