PC is a concentrated mix of phospholipids. There are at least three main phospholipids present in your cells and all of them are in this product. The main molecule is Phosphatidylcholine. It is the main building block of, and represents 40-50% of, all cell membranes. It protects your liver and brain cells, rebuilds cell membranes, and makes mitochondria work better.
Clearly PC is crucial for health, but there are two areas where it really shines: energy and brain support. This product seems to give me extra stamina. I got it for memory issues and why I think it is helping, I have to use it longer to know for sure. I have just purchased two more bottles. Now one positive is that it has made be more regular. And this is a major plus. The only con is that the solution is very, very thick and you need to take a full mouth of water to swallow it like a pill. Get it caught in the mouth and you will not be happy.

This is the best choline I've used. My nine-year-old daughter with developmental delays in speech and myself, who suffers from lyme related brain fog, have shown great improvement since beginning this product.
The only drawback is the packaging. The product is so thick that quite a bit is wasted because you can't fully squeeze everything out when the bottle is almost finished, even when it's stored upside down (which it needs regardless for proper flow). A squeeze tube really is merited here.

This product has the most awful, terrible smell and taste I have ever smelled or tasted. It smells like rotten eggs. I put it in one of my protein shakes and I was gagging trying to get it down. I threw the bottle away!!

I've been taking this for about a week now which is not really long enough to evaluate long term results. I did notice a boost in my energy levels when I take it that helps me power through my day. Don't take it at night, though, or it might keep you up. it is thick and has a nutty flavor. I don't have any trouble pouring/squeezing it onto a spoon. And the taste isn't bad. My dry eye seems to have improved. I bought it to help with cardiovascular support, metabolic syndrome and mild Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease so I will see in a couple of weeks if my labs are improved. I recommend this product.

I would not buy from a company that will not disclose product information. Being a Nutritionist I like to know exactly the amount of a nutrient I am taking or giving to a client. Too much of certain nutrients can cause unwanted side effects and are unnecessary. I emailed this company to find out the amount of a nutrient in one of their products and was told it was a "Proprietary Blend and they cannot disclose that information" like I was trying to steal information or a recipe. Good companies will give you information and help your with questions about their products. This company seems very shady to me. What else are they not disclosing? I will not buy from Core Med Science again.

Used to get this through Amazon until it became unavailable. As my review on Amazon says it has helped my gut health and energy but I have found it is easier to "decant" into a different container for easier spoon access.
