- NAD+ and energy production - NAD+, or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a molecule present in every cell. It plays a key role in metabolism and energy production in the form of ATP inside mitochondria. Low levels of NAD+ are associated with poor cellular function.
- Anti-aging role - NAD+ is a co-factor, or helper, to enzymes named Sirtuins.
- --Without NAD+, Sirtuins can't perform their normal DNA repair and anti-aging activity inside our cells. Low levels of NAD+ are detrimental to the aging process.
- Boost NAD+ levels - NAD+ levels decrease significantly as we age, yet
- --NAD+ itself plays a crucial role in slowing down aging by stimulating the action of Sirtuins. Providing a high absorption form of NAD+ directly can boost levels of NAD+.

Suggested Usage
Adults: Shake before use. Take 4 mL (a little less than 1 teaspoon) daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

i am not sure if this is a good way to review. The packaging and taste are great but I have no idea if the supplement makes any difference.

The jury is still out, Because I have only used this product for a week. One thing I can say immediately is I was so very pleased that the taste is quite palatable, which is often not the case with liquid supplements. I do think that my energy level has improved and my mind feels a bit sharper. I plan on continuing with NAD+ for at least two months, since I ordered a second bottle on Amazon. If my energy and my clarity remain improved, I will certainly continue for longer than that.

Some of these reviews are extraordinary. The NAD+ NADH molecules are too large for every cell except neurons to uptake. Precursors such as NR and NMN are supplements to take if you want to boost NAD+ in your body. This supplement may still have its usefulness but if I were looking to boost NAD+ this would not be a stand alone product.

I've tried other more expensive NAD+ treatments and this works just the same if not better. I feel more youthful energy wise and mentally, and my skin and hair is fantastic! I also love that this is pure NAD+ and not just precursors for this price. I'm a fan! The seller was also great in that they sent me more speciffic usage instructions via email.

Flavor is great! I leave it in the refrigerator and it tastes like lemonade. I take in the morning on an empty stomach and have noticed an increase in my energy level throughout the day. Will definitely be buying this product again!
