Product is 5 star, shipping is NO STARS. I ordered on November 28th and today is December 10th. I have yet to receive product. I ordered other products the first week of December that were shipped via UPS with 2 other companies further away than you and have received all of them within 5 business days, but when I called your customer service they said they use UPS also. So something isn't right in the shipping. ultimately, I will end up canceling order if it does not come by tomorrow. today makes 8 business days that I have not received product.
