We have done enough research to know that apricot kernels (B17) are a much needed vitamin in our modern diets. We used to chew up the kernels, but we'd sometimes skip it because they tasted so unpleasant. We are much better about being consistent in swallowing the capsules than we were when we had to chew up the kernels. So this has been a wonderful improvement.
