I started taking BodyBio PC (Phosphatidylcholine) on recommendation from my chiropractor who had muscle-tested me for it. He hadn't said specifically what it was good for, but soon after I started taking it, I had more mental clarity. I stopped taking it for maybe a month after I ran out of my first bottle, but then realized how much of a positive difference it had made while I was on it daily, so I re-ordered right away and have continued ever since.

It definitely helps my brain. Although sometimes they give me an intravenous PC to make it faster and more direct, I consume PC orally.

I've been using this product to my autistic daughter and my son since February 2023.
And I've seen so much improvement in my daughter's speech and behaviour and with her eating and her sleeping.
Of course this is not the only thing I do for my daughter and son.
But this product has a lot of benefits for a healthy child and lifestyle.

After starting two tablespoons of liquid PC daily (blended with water into liposomes), I began to notice an improvement in brain function. I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome and brain fog was my least favorite - and most worrisome - symptom. I started several other brain supplements at the same time from Dr. Terry Wahls, who recommended trying PC.
Perhaps it was the combination, but after two months I no longer have brain fog.

I have taken this product for several years. I first noticed better vision. Then due to high toxic load all my cells needed repair. Pc helped me to get back to minimum pain. The customer service is great and my orders always arrive in great condition and in a timely manner.

Firstly, I am a Practitioner, so I have access to LOTS of latest and greatest supplements, practices etc. And I've also dealt with lots of "crappy" health issues - chronic lyme, inflammation, major toxicity, debilitating migraines etc. While I've been able to resolve/reverse much over the years, the one ongoing was migraines. Until PC - within 1 month, ZERO migraines. Literally, not one. Went from at least weekly to nothing very quickly. If that wasn't enough to tell me on the deep healing that was going on in my cells, nothing would. Pure Magic! Will not be without it!

I have suffered with hypothyroidism for years, I am always tired.; my body doesn't recognize any meds my Dr. has tried. Since I started taking BioPc I am feeling so much better. I am waiting to see labs. Thank you for the relief I am feeling!
