Phospholipids are the major component of our cell membranes and are critical to our health. As we age, the amount of phospholipids in our body decreases. Supplementation of PC is essential to cellular functioning. Studies show that increased levels of PC promote improved brain function, mental focus and cognitive support. Unlike other PC's on the market, ours is liposomal, meaning it isn't broken down in the digestive system, ensuring optimum cellular delivery.

A Super Good Product
by a mom who reads a lot -
Years ago Dr Vindyl Singh researched autism and wrote papers stating it was a virual attack on nervous system of the brain. He had developed a test to see if the mylon sheething (sorry about spelling) was nicked or if the nerves were underdeveloped. This high mg product may be beneficial for that and other things. I would talk to a health care professional.
