Carlson Maximum Omega 2000 provides 2,000mg of omega-3s per serving, including 1,250mg of EPA and 500mg of DHA to support heart, brain, vision, and joint health. This is a great alternative to eating fish since I want to avoid Mercury. These provide me with the Omega 3's I need and I always have a better immune system and clear mind.
