Carlson Maximum Omega 2000 provides 2,000mg of omega-3s per serving, including 1,250mg of EPA and 500mg of DHA to support heart, brain, vision, and joint health. I really like this in pill form, my husband will now take these since he cannot taste them. I want to say though I did buy the gems at my local Vitamine Shoppe and they were spoiled. The due date was a year from now but something happened in their transit to the store. That is the last time I buy anything at the store. I will continue to buy directly from the source. I had only gone the Vitamin Shoppe so I could get the gems that day. That is the 2nd time buying fish oil from them they've been spoiled. I am now waiting to order ' going without for awhile.
