This product is great! I am on a keto diet and keep carbs around 25g’s I started taken this and increased carb count to 50g while ingesting this prior to both carb meals and I have been able To stay in ketosis! This has definitely helped my mental state and kept me sane. Great Product!

I have a hard time following a lower carb diet especially on days that I have a harder workout and burn more calories. I typically eat a lot of potatoes and rice post workout. Blood sugar spikes produced from these carbs can throw me off track and I was looking for something natural to help. I found this carb blocker after doing some online research and really liked the fact that it's easy to take and all natural. Definitely feel it helps with the post carb blood sugar surge and keeps my blood glucose levels fairly even throughout the day. Great product and great company with a lot of other solid supplements.

Wow! All I can say is this stuff is great. I've been dabbling with Keto lately and the issue I had was keeping my carbs low enough. By using this when I'm having some carbs I was able to maintain a Keto state. My wife is even using it w/o doing Keto and loving it. No side effects either like some carb blockers on the market. I travel a lot for work and constantly eat out and avoiding carbs is impossible so these have been great to minimize the carb intake. Definitely feel the difference great product!

Easy to take in the morning to help keep me on track I don't have any side effects from it no weird taste no jitters. I like taking it when I know I will be eating a meal out somewhere and I can't control all the ingredients. I shared these with a friend at a bachelorette party weekend and it helped keep us both on track she bought a bottle afterwords and I will be buying it again!

Had a big cheat day after celebrating with friends took one of these drew purple on the the ketone strips the next day. I dunno how it works or if it's really legit but seemed to work for me.

Seems to work I am on keto and this carb blocker is great especially when taking in too much fiber. I don’t feel bloated as I usually do and feeling much lighter. Helps with weight loss.
