I like the ingredients in this sbo probiotic. They seem of high quality. I have read that sbo probiotics are better and a more natural form of probiotic that our diet is missing but that our ancestors were able to get in their diets in the past. I feel it is helping to keep me healthy too.

I'm in love with this combo. I felt the difference after a couple hours on the first day. I started taking them and I feel like I have digestive balance for the first time in my life. I hope they keep working. The only bummer is it's out of stock.

I've been taking this for about two weeks and I do notice that I am digesting food easily. Easy to swallow pills and no aftertaste. It doesn't upset my stomach nor make me feel bad.

My husband and I have been taking the Code Age Men's and Women's Multivitamins and the SBO Protiotics. It's only been a month but no side effects and we seem to have noticed enhanced energy better digestion etc. One thing I love about the Multivitamins is that they are in capsule form (no taste) and they do not make me nauseous at all even if I take on an empty stomach. I was hesitant about having to take four capsules per day but I kind of like splitting them between meals because I figure it probably means I absorb more than if I took all at once. So probably getting more for my money with this product as well.
