There is always room for improvement. I took this product as recommended. It works amazingly. It was easy to take at my regular time daily. It fit right into my routine of taking supplements. Like most omega 3's the size may deter people from taking them. It is easy for any one to take beginner or otherwise. Don't let yourself talk yourself out of taking omega 3' when you can find a product that will allow you to take them.

Even though my original intent in buying this product was heart related, I have found that for my myself and my husband's skin has much more natural moisture resulting in less use of topical lotion products. Carlson fish oils are my go-to. The quality and purity are so far above most other brands and the Elite has more Omegas per serving so you take less.
If you can't swallow the bigger soft gels, bite down and pop them! The lemon oil adds a touch of flavor. Or simply buy the liquid form.

These are some of my favorite omegas I've tried! The 1600mg per serving is great, it can be hard sometimes to find options that go above 1000mg. I found that while I took these I had no fishy burps, which was a welcome surprise! I always expect that with omegas, so I just take them at night. As a brand, I love that Carlson has so many options for omegas! I will definitely repurchase these in the future.

We have been using this product for over 10 years and are very happy with the quality and results. Carlson tests every batch for purity (checking for the presence of heavy metals). It might be a bit more expensive than other fish oils but you are getting what you pay for. We take 1 capsule twice a day.
