There is always room for improvement. I took this product as recommended. It works amazingly. It was easy to take at my regular time daily. It fit right into my routine of taking supplements. Like most omega 3's the size may deter people from taking them. It is easy for any one to take beginner or otherwise. Don't let yourself talk yourself out of taking omega 3' when you can find a product that will allow you to take them.

I've used Carlson fish oil for years. It is the best balance of quality and value available on the market that I know of. Good quality control and high potency in terms of proportion of EPA and DHA. This is my pick for both myself and my dogs. Easier for me to judge the efficacy of the product in feeding it to my dogs than myself -- their coats and skin look incredible. This is very clean tasting fish oil -- won't give fishy burps if you swallow them whole, but if you have trouble swallowing soft gels of this size, I find this is one of the better products out there in terms of taste if you need to puncture the soft gels to mix them into food, etc.

Carlson fish oils are my go-to. The quality and purity are so far above most other brands and the Elite has more Omegas per serving so you take less.
If you can't swallow the bigger soft gels, bite down and pop them! The lemon oil adds a touch of flavor. Or simply buy the liquid form.
