I used this daily instead of Garden of Life Probiotic. This product worked faster for my gut to regulate. I have trouble with IBS and I have not had to take my IBS meds. The product contains probiotics with small amount of Vitamin D and a couple of other vitamins. I take one capsule daily before dinner. The capsules are easy to take and don't leave an after taste. So far I haven't seen any great benefits of taking this probiotics. I have been taking probiotics for many years and expect them to help in digestion and maintaining healthy flora. These capsules didn't provide any help in digestion. I actually sometimes feel more bloated after taking these. I'll finish the bottle but wouldn't but them again.
