Suggested Usage
Peel and place one patch on the inside of wrist, or any venous area that is clean and dry. Patch may be worn up to 12 hours. All done? Simply peel the patch off and discard.

I haven’t tried the other two I don’t drink much and I wake up pretty well but my sleep isn’t the best but I really like the food patch I wanna get more of the sleep patches. This package was a good deal because each one has 4 patches.

At 50 years of age I decided to start over counting. At 61 now and I am mentally at 11 years of age, which I don’t remember actually, but I feel young! The Patches help me a lot in reaching my goal of feeling young because the reality is that we all could use a boost as we get older. I actually wish these has been around during college, though.
The pain patches are also spot-on. Literally. The pain patch is better than any cream or roll on and last all day and longer. You can apply them to the back of the neck, on knee joints, on hip joints, on elbows, on the forehead, and they are barely visible.

I bought the plant base patches which came with 4 in the pack. I bother the hemp infused patches the second time around and misunderstood there was only one patch per patch. I under the quality difference, but I would at least expect 2 patches versus the one. I like the hemp patches, but I don't like the cost per price value. It's my fault for buying them. I will buy more, but only the plant based. They hemp ones don't stack per the cost.

The sleep patches are great but vivid dreams good and bad. Easy to come down from after waking and removing patch. Love the hangover revive one but it is hard to love the Vitamin B smell while wearing and sometime after.
