I bought this item for my 15 yo son. I think that it is helping his acne. However it is still bad and we are going to start Accutane in a few days. I am going to continue this product because I think that the nutritional value is great for his age and him not eating well.Thanks for the great product:)

I wasn't confident we would see a change in my son's acne but figured it wouldn't hurt to try! But I was wrong! Within a couple weeks my son's hormonal acne was SO much better! Still present but definitely less calm and not as irritated. Now a month later his face looks great!!!!

My daughter was very pleased with the reaction to her skin. It really had started to clear up nicely. However she is considering not taking them any more as she is experiencing a horrible lingering taste in her mouth for the rest of the day after taking them. She will try taking them at night to see if that makes the issue better
