My doctor started me taking this about an hour before I go to sleep. Not sure if it's working yet as I just started it about a week ago. Its supposed to help regulate cortisol and I read it might take a few months. Zero side effects and doesn't taste funny!

Seriphos did extend the amount of hours I sleep before I wake up. And then I was more easily able to fall back to sleep after awhile..ofcourse not like pre-menopause:( But atleast my mind didn't react so alert like it was 3pm producing cortisol instead of 3am when everyone else's body is still sleeping with natural melatonin. Not sure if this would work with the night sweats waking up b/c I've only used it since I'm post menopausal. Also, have found that I become sleepier shortly after taking it (since I've been taking it nightly for 6 months now).
