Suggested Usage

Just started taking SagaPro. Much too early to tell how and if it is working. But it is something different than the standard saw palmetto/sitosterol.

I bought this after reading an article on Terry Naturals website that this was great for women who were having the kind of issues I am having (frequently needing to go, etc) I started it the night I got it and have taken it every day since then... I immediately needed to go MORE frequently - I figured it needed time, it's been maybe 3 weeks? Maybe more... no help whatsoever. I have gone back to Oxytrol... which is expensive but it actually helps.

I tried this product and saw an immediate drop in nighttime frequency. I used to be up 6xs a night, and my first three nights were 3, 4, and 3. Not perfect, but I'll take those benefits every day....wish I found this years ago.

It's only on a rare occasionthat I sleep only 2 to 3 hours before I have to urinate. Most of the time I could sleep six hours or more before getting up to use the bathroom. That makes such a big difference in my sleep life.

I can happily report that this is one product that I have found that actually works 100%! It was recommended to me by a dear friend who had just started having a few leakage problems. Love this product. I have had bladder problems for several years and was on Elmiron for 22 years it was very expensive. I found this product on line and have used it for a couple of years now. It works just as well as Elmiron and is much cheaper.
