Suggested Usage

Adults and children over the age of 12: Take 3 tablets per day for 3 to 90 days, then reduce to 1 tablet, twice daily.

Inactive Ingredients: lactose, cellulose, dextrose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.

Have used RingStop for many years.

Have used RingStop Caps for many years. As a retired Army Officer I was exposed to a lot of gunfire and explosions. The Army's solution was foam earplugs. Needless to say I have severe ringing in my ears. Ring Stop reduces the noise to a tolerable level.
