Suggested Usage
Adults, for acute symptoms, take 15 drops under the tongue every 3-4 hours. For continued allergy relief, take 15 drops under the tongue 3 times daily.
Children 2-12 years of age, take 3-5 drops under the tongue 3 times daily.
Dosage for sensitive persons in the package insert. For best results take in a clean mouth.

NaturalCare Pollen Hayfever is a great product! I've been using it for years and if I use it at the first sign of allergy symptoms I get immediate relief. It's very effective at keeping me from getting sick whereas otherwise I would end up developing a full blown allergy attack. I highly recommend it! It's much better than taking allergy shots! 5 Stars!
