I was very disappointed with the lack of results using this product. It created a lot of GI rumbling and gas but no satisfactory "action". Additionally, no matter how much I stirred the product into the juice, there was always product at the bottom of the glass that wouldn't go into solution, and it was a very gritty powder. I would not buy this product again.
