Several years ago, I had neuropathy in my hands. I saw a marked difference in two weeks. It is not bothering me now. I would suggest going to the website benfotiamine.org and reading about the research done on synthetic B-1 and the testimonials. The product shown above is not the product used in the studies. Do your research and consult your medical professionals to see if this is something that may help.
