Pure Synergy Super B Complex is

I took a year long herbal course and the instructor discussed the importance of B vitamins. She gave an example of one consequence of low B vits: you won't remember your dreams. I hadn't been remembering my dreams, and wondered why. So I researched the best Vitamin B. Of course it was Pure Synergy. One week after taking one per day, I began to remember my dreams. Also, I'm calmer.
