Suggested Usage
Take one capsule twice daily, or as directed by your physician.
Ingredients
Each capsule delivers:
- Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 35mg
- Folate 5,100mcg DFE
-(as [6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt) - Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 2mg
Other Ingredients: Alpha-lipoic acid, capsule (hypromellose, sodium copper chlorophyllin, and water), pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt, microcrystalline cellulose, and methylcobalamin.

It's Working for Me
