Ox Bile by Seeking Health provides ox bile, standardized to 45% cholic acid to support healthy fat metabolism, and healthy digestive processes. Bile acids, including cholic acid, are major components of bile, a fluid produced in the liver that is largely responsible for proper digestion of lipids (fats) in the small intestine. As a part of the normal digestive process, healthy bile production is also important for maintaining overall health, nutritional status and normal energy metabolism.

Suggested Usage

This lower dose works great for me

Doctor had me on 500mg originally but that was a bit too much for me, sped up my digestion too much. This lower dose is perfect. Does not upset my stomach, take it with my evening meal, aids digestion.
