Proper hydration with water and key electrolytes like magnesium and potassium help keep electrolytes in the muscles so they stay healthy, balanced, and hydrated to help avoid muscle cramps, especially those that wake you up at night.

Works well
by Milissa
Almost works as good as a handful of salt..(lol)..
when you wake up in the middle of the night with a leg or foot cramp. Tthis product will take care of those cramps. and taste better than gagging down a teaspoon of salt (which unfortunately is still the fastest way to alleviate any cramp from your body.)
