A Great Mineral in Capsules
by HealthyMama
We've been taking the Concentrace Mineral tablets for 10 years, and now I've found they have capsules so I bought them. This is a great mineral supplement, recommended by my naturopath. We've always taken these in addition to our multivitamin. The tablet version does not have a coating on them so if you have humidity, the tablets become sticky. The company told me they can't put a coating on the tablets since it will negatively affect the minerals. I have one family member that can't take tablets and prefers capsules. We were happy when these capsules became available. There's not as much of the minerals in each capsule than in the tablets (you can always compress more into a tablet than a capsule), so it does make it more expensive for the amount of minerals you get compared to the tablets, but for us, it's worth it, plus during humid days we don't have to worry about soggy tablets.
