I have been using the product for a number of years. I was getting leg cramps and my doctor recommended that I try it. So glad I did. Leg cramps are gone. Also the product is easy on the stomach.

This product has worked wonders for me. I started taking 2 a day of these maybe 2 years ago, and it was a game changer. The biggest thing I noticed was that I don’t have cramps before or during my cycle anymore. I was never someone who had major major cramps but I would get them the day before and 1st day of my cycle. That has since changed - I barely ever feel cramps anymore. We are all deficient in magnesium, go get you some!!

I started Mg Glycinate to aid in sleep. It definitely works! 200 mg (2 pills) is the ideal dose for me. At 100 mg I donÂ’t feel the sleep benefits. At 300 mg IÂ’m tired all day.
