Although I have not previously taken Magnesium, the dosage suits me pretty well and have had no problems taking it. The pill is pretty easy to swallow and I've never had any problems with it getting stuck, the way you sometimes can with other similar shapes. I wanted to try this in addition to increasing my water intake, as a way to help with leg cramping after exercise (while sleeping) and it seems to have helped with that.

After a couple of months of consistent use, I fell off schedule and I can feel it. While taking this supplement, I felt my bowels were functioning and gut was also performing at a healthier level. I have started taking this brand of magnesium and so far I have had no adverse reactions from it. I have tolerated it well as long as I take it with food. In general, I do feel that it has made me feel a bit less anxious and calmer. I know it takes about three months to truly see the effects of a supplement but so far so good. I also haven't had muscle cramping in my feet so it may be helping that as well. The capsules are a bit big but I've been able to easily swallow them. All in all a good product.
