Suggested Usage
Take 2 pumps by mouth twice daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a heathcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 30 days of opening.
Refridgerate upon receipt.

Product is usually warm by the time I receive it but I place in refrigerator and wait 24 hours before using. Ice pack is always melted by the time I receive it

Terrible shipping

It's not the product it was the delivery. I'm not sure who's at fault but this item is supposed to be refrigerated & comes with dry ice. It was ordered 5/2 , it languished for TWO DAYS 20 minutes from my home & then was sent further away where it also languished for 2 days! This item took over 10 days to reach me. By then the dry ice was a joke & who knows the viability of the product. I will not be ordering from this company again until or unless it changes it's shipping company.
