Suggested Usage
Take 2-4 pumps by mouth as needed. Hold 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals.

Upsets stomach

I didn’t like this product. I tried it several different times to make sure it was causing the issue and it was each time. Also didn’t like the feeling. Maybe a gaba supplement without the l theanine would be better.
