Having the option to have a flavorless product meant that I can combine it with my daily protein shakes. It mixes well and has no taste when combined. The clean ingredient list is also a benefit.

Using creatine definitely increases strength. The increase is not extreme but it's enough to be noticeable. However I researched that side effects noticed include some dizziness and nausea if taken on an empty stomach. Maybe best to eat something after taking if this is a problem for you. It really increases strength and you can see the difference even after one week. Did not experience any side effects. Overall I give 5 stars for performance.

This product is a must have for post workouts. Myself and my husband are able to use the same product with identical results. While I add mine to coffee he adds his to a green smoothie but either way it mixes in great with no clumping like previous products we have tried. There is no funny taste to it at all something we have also experienced with other products we have tried which is a big turn off for me since I enjoy my coffee a great deal and want it to taste like coffee not a chalky mess. I am so pleased with this purchase that I will be trying other Codeage products!

I just began using creatine for the first time and am in my 6th week. I can say so far that I like how this product dissolves easily into any liquid warm or cold It has virtually no taste and the cost of the canister relative to the size of it makes it a great value. I haven't seen physical results yet but I am excited to workout after taking it. A worthwhile purchase.

I take creatine before my workouts. It gives me more energy and helps recovery on heavy work out days. I take it daily even if I don’t work out in that particular day. This is a good size container providing a three month supply with 5 grams per serving. It can be mixed in whatever drink you like.

Gifted to my athlete brother who says it is the best creatine powder he has ever used. It dissolves easily with no lumps and there's no taste. He is only on week 2 of using so have yet to truly see how it performs. So far 5 stars from him.
