Iodine is one of the essential elements that our body needs to function. Its main role is to support thyroid function‚ but other organs also need iodine in order to function optimally.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take one tablet per day or as directed by a physician.

Other Ingredients: Microsolle blend (potassium hydrochloride, silicon dioxide, magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, polysorbate 50, citric acid), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearins and pharmaceutical glaze.
Warnings
If you are pregnant, nursing, trying to conceive, taking any medications, or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product.
Do not use if you have an iodine sensitivity, or if you are taking any anti-hypertension or anti-thyroid medications.
Discontinue use if you develop swollen salivary glands, stomach upset, or skin rash.

This supplement is a must if you are taking thyroid meds. I have been able to reduce the amount of meds I take, have more energy and stamina, feel warmer, better mood. Even if you are not hypothyroid you should try it. There is a 24 hour urine test you can take to verify whether you are iodine deficient or not-I was very low in iodine that why I started using Iodoral.Don't use if you are allergic to iodine!

I like this brand of iodine. I took a different brand which turned my teeth brown. You can split this pill in half and take one pill twice a day. Sometimes that is more effective.
