So far using these hair supplements have been really good. I have been taking them for maybe 8 months. I usually take 3 a day sometimes 2. My hair has filled in where it might have looked a little thin like my part line in my hair. My hair is pretty thick and healthy. These are really good hair vitamins. I also use their collagen daily in my protein shakes.

I tried a month on Nutrafol. I could tell by the end of that month that they were working. But these are roughly half the price. I can tell I’m still losing some hair but I’m hoping two months will tell whether it continues to improve.

My hair was so thick growing up and after kids and dealing with a stressful job I would lose clumps of hair after my shower on my pillow at night etc. I started taking these pills daily since November 2022 and have to say my hair is so much thicker now and my husband says he can tell a difference with not having to unclog the shower drain. It took me a good 3 months to really notice the difference.
