Suggested Usage

I have used the Terry Naturally brand of Curcumin Extra Strength for many years. My husband starting using it as well and now like myself never want to run out of the product. It helps ease joint pain, headaches, muscle soreness/stiffness and depressive mood. I will continue using the product even though it is pricey because my husband and I both are very pleased with the results we receive by taking it.

Fantastic pain Reliever

When I was still working, and experiencing the onset of pain from herniated discs in the lower back, I tried a bottle of this. After just a day or two, I was shocked! But pleasantly so; because the ingredients are all natural and not liver or kidney toxic. So I gradually increased the dosage to about 6 a day; with fantastic relief results. It's a very expensive product; so I haven't been able to take for a long time since I had to quit working due to the pain and disability. But when I get a chance I buy a bottle or two just to give my kidneys a break from the Ibuprofen/Advil or Motrin. Both drug formulas are quite effective too; when you can't afford the Curamin. But as a 65 year old guy dealing with chronic inflammation for a while until I can heal my nerves; I highly recommend the power of Curcumin, and Boswellia extract in this formula.

Good but large pill!

The actual supplement is beginning to help my sleep and activities but the pills are so large I have to crush them and take them with applesauce. That is a real pain. My husband can swallow them. Do you have this in a smaller capsul?
