Carlson Cod Liver Oil comes from the livers of fresh cod fish found in the arctic ocean waters of Norway. The oil is separated from the liver tissues without the use of chemicals. To ensure the freshness of the oil, the air inside the bottle is replaced with nitrogen and natural-source vitamin E is added.
Suggested Usage
Take one teaspoonful daily AT MEALTIME.
After initially opening the bottle, keep refrigerated and preferably use within 100 days.

Norwegian Cod Liver OIl

Norwegian Cod liver oil I used had 0% Iron on the label. However the manufacturers have decided not filter iron content. This oil is therefore no longer useful for people with excess iron in blood.

I was recommended by my dr to take this cod liver oil for the omegas. I did not however know just how great it would be to my skin. I love this cod liver oil and I won't ever stop using it. I take 1 tablespoon at bedtime. I've just started my husband on it too after his doctor recommended Statins for his cholesterol, which I as an alternate health writer and researcher know is a very bad idea. This will do the trick.

This is awesome. My husband and I used to get cracked fingers in the winter and very dry skin. We started taking this daily, and we do not have any problems with dryness on our hands or our bodies. Lemon flavor with a little OJ taste is great. It is expensive, but we take much less than cod liver pills.

Since I read about cod liver oil having so many beneficial properties for good health, I wanted to take it everyday. However, I just could not stand the flavor of regular cod liver oil. I tried mixing it with food and did not care at all for the taste of the oil. Our vet recommended cod liver oil and it did wonders for our cat. I tried Carlson cod liver oil in the Fruit splash favor and I can take it straight out of the bottle. It has a great taste and it is very easy to take every morning. I was statistied with the fruit flavor so I have not tried any of the other flavors, although I am sure the other flavors will be good also. Thanks Carlson for making a product that taste good and promotes good health.
