Gives me pep

I only take 1 instead of recommended 2 pills. Still feels like it boosts my energy, especially on those hot summer days when I drink so much water that I think I'm washing my insides out of all energy 🙃
One problem I've noticed though is that the capsules seem to discolor before I finish the bottle. They seem super sensitive to humidity even with the little dry pack they put in the bottle.
