These are real vitamins

I take a variety of Standard Process vitamins, so I cannot say exactly what each individual one does for me. Over all, I feel more energetic and am more mentally alert when I take them. These are the only brand of vitamins that I purchase.

Recommended to me by my chiropractor. This has been the only B complex that doesn't pee out bright yellow, if you know what I mean. Its absorbed naturally and you get what you are actually taking as opposed to many others. Helps with energy and overall function.
