I have had digestive issues my entire adult life. The GI dr's ran every test imaginable and decided it was just IBS and to take fiber. The pills are fairly small & easy to take, minimal taste, & no gross after taste. My BMs have been much more regular, my bloating has decreased, & my constant stomach gurgling has subsided some. First, let me start by saying that it was well-packaged and delivery was seamless. Now to the facts: I started taking this the night of Dec/18/2024 as I like to take (2) tablets at night and (1) in the morning. The first week I did notice great improvement with my bowel movements and regularity, the second week I started feeling more energized and my stomach debloated completely. I was recommended to take this by my dietitian along with the Candibactin AR for my Sibo. I think it has worked. I stopped taking it a few weeks ago after the dietitian said it should have taken care of it. It wasn't unpleasant to take and I preferred this to taking prescription antibiotics unnecessarily.

Impressed with this formula, it did rid candida SIFO and took it with the BR. I found out I had it using the Aire breath device which I also recommend highly to test yourself. My numbers are low now :) so tested and approved it works.
