I’m in my 50’s and up until almost 3 1/2 years ago I’d never broken a bone. I broke my neck, then my left foot, then my left heal and this year my right foot. I started taking the Bio-Cal 1200 after my doctor sent me for a bone density test and recommended adding calcium and vitamin D to my daily supplements. Since then I’ve had another bone density test which showed improved from the first. Hoping after hitting the trifecta plus one and taking Bio-Cal 1200 daily not to ever wear another boot or break any others bones ever. So I’m hooked for life. Saved note from my doctor NOTE: As per Dr. K ~ “Take Vitamin D (at least 1000 units per day) & Calcium (no more than 1200 units a day).”
