Suggested Usage

I use Bio Flex daily. I have used it for many years. It is one of those supplements that is very effective in dealing with my arthritis. It is also one of those products that doesn't seem to have any effect until I stop taking it for a few days. Then I notice the stiffness that would be part of my daily existence.

Needless over-packaging

Product is good, as expected. Overzealous packaging is problematic. Don't need plastic or styrofoam; simply stuffing with newspaper or brown paper is sufficient.
