Bio-Flex II provides a comprehensive blend of glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, and methyl-sulfonyl-methane (MSM), three leading ingredients believed to provide nutritional support for joint and cartilage health maintenance. Supporting nutrients and botanicals shown to support a healthy inflammatory response also iincluded in support of heathy joints.

Suggested Usage
As a nutritional supplement for adults, 4 tablets daily or as directed by your Healthcare Professional. For best results, take 2 tablets with AM meal and 2 tablets with PM meal.

I use Bio Flex daily. I have used it for many years. It is one of those supplements that is very effective in dealing with my arthritis. It is also one of those products that doesn't seem to have any effect until I stop taking it for a few days. Then I notice the stiffness that would be part of my daily existence.

Needless over-packaging

Product is good, as expected. Overzealous packaging is problematic. Don't need plastic or styrofoam; simply stuffing with newspaper or brown paper is sufficient.
