Better alternative with more bioavailability

Preference to the more bioavailability as opposed to thiamine. One may have allergies to. It is know/believed Thiamine helps to convert fats and carbohydrates into glucose, it protect the nerves, kidneys, eyes, blood vessels and heart. It assists to reduce Anxiety and also against tissue-damaging oxidative stress in the brain. And so much more...
