Recommended B12 Supplement!

After fighting with depression from B12 deficiency (any chemical estrogen therapy can cause this), I switched to bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and added this beauty to my diet - Wow! The B12 gives me energy and lifts my mood as well. This particular product works better for me as it is sublingual and has no milk/dairy or gluten added in.
